The Majestic Downtown is an iconic event venue and filming location and that is recognized as being a historical masterpiece in Downtown Los Angeles since 1924. With a combined 30,000+ square feet and stunning historically preserved ambiance, The Majestic is the perfect backdrop for any occasion. The 30-foot-high Italian ceilings, arched windows, sculpted marble columns and original marble floors lend a rich historical beauty to any event or film set. With 3 very different venue spaces within our building, The Majestic can accommodate large expos, video gaming events, weddings, corporate functions, galas, A-List red carpet events, private parties, and more.

Spaces

THE MAJESTIC ROOM

Located on the ground level of the property is The Majestic which features 3 different event spaces that can be combined into one large event space or divided. Its historical preservation is captivating, making it ideal for a variety of events. It includes a foyer, private green room, raised stage, 2 built in bars, and two grand staircases to the Mezzanine.The Majestic offers 15,400 square feet on the ground level and 4,000 square feet on the Mezzanine. It can accommodate 600 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 1,200 for a cocktail party.

CATWALK

Located in the lower level of the building, the unique style of the Catwalk offers a fresh alternative to traditional event spaces. With its modern-industrial design and “boiler-room” decor, it is a regular fixture in the music video and video gaming world. The centerpiece catwalk extends between different platforms, creating a multi-level scene while highlighting the versatility of the venue. The Catwalk is 5,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 750 guests. 2 Full Bars and state of the art sound and lighting features.

THE RESERVE

Located right below The Majestic is their sister property The Reserve. This space brings a brand new nightlife destination where you can host private events, filming and much more. The Reserve is 5,100 square feet and can accommodate up to 700 guests. 3 Full bars, 6 LED Tv’s with digital media inputs, A projector USB controlled and with Digital In, Biema and BOSE Sound System, 2 Fully Equipped DJ Booths, Dance Floor Lighting, Custom LED Lighting Packages and much more.
