Chris & Helen’s wedding was filled with their personal touch, including all of the items they’d collected from vintage and consignment shops upon their move to Los Angeles. They had both dreamed of an up-cycled (process of converting waste materials or useless products into new materials or products of better quality) vintage wedding and worked with Simply Sweet Weddings and Events and Queen’s Flowers & Gifts to create the look. We absolutely loved using the hutch as a cheese and fruit station, then as a dessert station, using the plant and chalkboard signs for labeling. For their cake table, a local artist had created the table using a window piece from the 1920’s… simply gorgeous. Every corner of this wedding was a different beautiful setup, from the bicycles with florals, to the hanging frames, to the vintage telephones and suitcases.
