24 Carrot Magic

Our team works hard, but we sure do have a ton of fun doing it. We have Bruno Mars to thank for our team anthems, and in celebratory Spring style, we got 24 Carrots Bruno-Mars style hats custom made and captured our team moving and grooving to 24 Carat Magic and That’s What I Like.

California Love: The Golden State of Mind

We have had the exceptional honor year after year to create and submit a food-centric spread to our friends at Ceremony Magazine. This year’s submission was inspired by California Love, with both design and menus inspired by local California produce. With statement pieces from Found and stunning florals from The Bloom of Time, our favorite part of the shoot was the “edible arrangements,” made up of edible produce of vibrant fruits and vegetables, accented with fresh florals. We are delighted at our spread in Ceremony Magazine, and love this expression of  our Golden State of Mind. Enjoy!

Art of Catering Food- Smoking Hot Tableside

Our Executive Chef Ashley Santo Domingo and Pastry Chef Robert LeSage took the Art of Catering Food conference stage in Atlanta to bring the best outdoor real smoke flavored foods from the backyard into the dining room.

Ashley shared a unique concept of tableside smoking, and discussed all the details from prep to pack-out, to execution of this station concept. She discussed types of smoking, the flavors of wood chips, the aromas to use, as well as the costs and benefits of tableside smoking.

They prepared for this Catersource sponsored event with some four-alarm sizzle with a smoky taste.
