Fall for Autumn Brews

As the temperature gets cooler and the leaves start to change, we start to embrace the warm, aromatic flavors of fall.  Shorter days, crisp cool mornings, blazing leaves, and seasonal beers!

When it comes to beer, breweries present their autumn brews that offer warm flavors full of pumpkin and spice.  Enjoy our selection of our 5 favorites, we know your grooms and groomsmen will love these seasonal beers as part of your wedding bar menu with 24 carrots!

Our 5 Must Try Beers:

Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale

Aroma of caramel malt with notes of nutmeg and clove that dominate as the beer warms up.

“A pumpkin ale crafted with autumn’s bounty of vine-ripened pumpkin and flavors of cloves, allspice, and nutmeg.  Then brewed with a touch of wheat for a smooth, lightly spiced finish.”  — Blue Moon Brewing Co.

Dogfish Head Punkin Ale

A full-bodied brown ale with smooth hints of pumpkin and brown sugar.  The brown sugar and spices play off of the maltiness of the beer perfectly.  We love the nice balance and it was quite enjoyable.

Flipside Red IPA

Featuring a ruby-red hue, restrained malt body and abundant tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors, Flipside Red IPA is the perfect beer for early Fall!  A pretty solid take on a red ale. Good mix of upfront hop esters with a good balance of toasty caramel malt.

Paulaner Oktoberfest

Looking for something with a nice, malty, nutty flavor but that’s not too strong? Paulaner Oktoberfest might be the brew for you!

America’s Original Pumpkin Ale- Buffalo Bill’s Brewery

Pumpkin Ale

It tastes like pumpkin pie in a bottle featuring baked and roasted pumpkins, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg.  Very light and smooth.  Overall I give this beer a hearty recommendation. If you are a pumpkin beer fan, this one definitely shouldn’t disappoint.
