We’re all about experimenting here at 24 carrots. Last week, Chefs Jimmy & Robert put together a savory cotton candy tasting for us. Flavors included avocado, walnut, bacon, chili, truffle, & Guinness. Now we know how crazy this sounds… but just picture French fries topped with the truffle oil cotton candy… or a ceviche with the chili. We’re still experimenting but are so excited for all the crazy combinations.
