It was a perfect evening and your staff was unbelievable. I just did not expect the warmth, personable, attentive and sincere care that I received from both Kimberlyn and Teena.

Everyone asked "who was the Cater?" They said the food was over the top amazing! Everyone said the music was Great, perfect for the evening. There was not one song that played without the dance floor being packed. I will recommend you to everyone I know! God is so amazing he intently waited 21 yrs so that Greg and I could have the perfect ceremony.

I just wanted to share some feedback I received yesterday from the chick-fil-a people. They said they had never been to a place as beautiful as Rancho Las Lomas in all their travels across the US. They said our staff was all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The AV guy from chick-fil-a said that pro audio was the best recommend sound company he has ever used and made working on our property so simple and pleasant. The coordinating crew said that when they spoke with Norm from 24 carrots, they thought he was part of our staff by the way he spoke so highly of the property. She said in all her 20 something years or doing this, 24 Carrots stands out as one of the best she has ever worked with. She said she had never seen a serving staff smile as much as they did. The compliments kept coming all night about Rancho and 24 carrot. They were so happy with the way their event turned out and are excited to return. Also some of the leaders were interested in holding their Christmas parties at Rancho, I gave them all some information and your card.

Oh my goodness! THANK YOU to Ken, Greg & Neil….I just spoke w/Tiare and she spent about 10 minutes telling me every detail of what a GREAT job you guys did at the event last night! Greg, she said that she wants to hire you as her interior designer . . . Neil, she was so excited about the bird of paradise napkin fold that you did. She said you left her house spotless and was so pleased that you placed all of the rentals back outside. This was the first event she has ever had in her own and she is trying to talk her husband into a Christmas party now. Way to go! She said tons more, but I've got to get going . . . she will also be sending a tip into the office . . . she apologizes that she didn't tip last night, she just said that you all were so efficient and out of the house so quickly . . .

I don't have Ken's e-mail, so could Mark or Norm please let him know that they were in Heaven w/the food. Everyone was thrilled and went on and on regarding the lamb chops and how everything was prepared. She couldn't say enough wonderful things!

He picked up the trays, etc, at the time he said he would. I wanted to let you know that there were some items left behind. This was not his fault, it was mine. We had another group from the company come in to use the conference room where we were set up after we were done. I transferred everything to our kitchen so they could use the room. I mistakenly left the tablecloth, a serving spoon and the little basket that had napkins and plastic ware in it. I'm very sorry about that! How should I get these items to you?

I wanted to let you know that our party went off without a hitch. Katherine and crew did a marvelous job!!! All of our guests RAVED about the food. They were asking her for business cards, fortunately, she had some to pass out...I hope you get some business from our party.

I was talking to some people yesterday and they told me that they were never without a tray of food in front of them for the taking. There was never a lag in the service, and no one had to look around for food throughout the entire event.
